Do I have to replace my website?

No. ReserveDio is the booking layer behind the website you already have. You link to your ReserveDio booking page from a button, menu item, campaign or service page, and customers stay in your branding throughout.

What can customers book?

Appointments, reservations, event registrations, ticketed sessions and services. Each offering carries its own duration, capacity, price, required customer details and cancellation policy.

How is availability controlled?

You define open times, capacity and resources such as staff, practitioners, tables, rooms or vehicles. Bookings consume that capacity in the database as they are made, so two customers cannot take the last place at the same moment.

Can I sell tickets for events?

Yes. Events can have dates or sessions, multiple ticket types and per-type inventory. Tickets are issued after a booking is confirmed and can be checked in on arrival by scanning a QR code or entering the booking reference.

How do payments work?

A business connects its own payment provider. Customers pay through that provider, and ReserveDio records the resulting payment status, amount and reference against the booking. Card details never reach ReserveDio.

Is ReserveDio taking payments today?

Payment provider configuration is built and credentials are encrypted at rest, but live payment processing is not enabled on this deployment. Bookings, tickets and payment records work end to end against the provider's test environment.

Can my team have different levels of access?

Yes. You invite team members and grant permissions per person — for example front desk staff who can view and check in bookings but cannot change payment or refund records. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You can use a ReserveDio address or verify a custom domain so your booking pages sit on your own web address.

Do customers get confirmation emails?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Booking confirmations and related notifications are queued, delivered and recorded, so you can see what was sent, to whom, on which channel, and whether it succeeded or failed.

Is my data separated from other businesses?

Yes. Every record belongs to exactly one business and isolation is enforced in the database itself, so one business can never read another's bookings, customers or financial records.
