Practical guides for getting a business running on ReserveDio, from the first offering to check-in at the door.
Set up what customers can book
- Create your business and set its name, timezone, currency and branding.
- Add offerings — an appointment, reservation, event, session or service — with duration, capacity, price and the details you need from the customer.
- Publish the offering so it appears on your booking page.
Open your availability
- Define the times you are open and how much capacity each slot carries.
- Add resources such as staff, practitioners, tables, rooms or vehicles, and link them to offerings.
- Create slots in bulk for a date range instead of adding them one by one.
Run the daily work queue
- Your home screen shows what is happening today, what needs attention and what is coming next.
- Open Bookings to search, filter by status and see customer, payment and ticket context on one record.
- Use the booking actions to confirm, reschedule, cancel or add a note — each change is recorded in history.
Check customers in
- Open Check-in on a phone or tablet at the door.
- Scan the customer's QR code, or type the booking reference if scanning is not possible.
- Accepted and rejected arrivals are counted live, and a rejection always shows the reason.
Follow the money
- Payments shows what customers paid: status, amount, order and any exception.
- Refunds move through requested, processing, completed, failed or reversed, and are only ever changed on the server.
- Financial history is append-only, so past records stay intact.
Manage your team safely
- Invite team members by email from Settings.
- Grant only the permissions each role needs — for example view and check in, without payment access.
- Permissions are enforced on the server, so hidden menu items are not the only protection.
