Terms of Service

ReserveDio provides booking infrastructure: booking pages, availability and capacity control, ticketing, customer records, notifications, check-in and operational reporting. ReserveDio is a product of DIOCREATIONS.

ReserveDio is not the seller of the services or tickets booked through it. The contract for a booking is between the customer and the business.

You must give accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. A business owner is responsible for who they invite to their team and for the permissions they grant. Actions taken by team members are treated as actions of the business, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit history.

• Describe offerings, prices, availability and policies accurately.
• Honour confirmed bookings, or handle changes according to your published cancellation policy.
• Set your own cancellation, refund, no-show and rescheduling terms — these are shown to your customers and are yours, not ours.
• Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer, tax and data protection law.

A booking is confirmed when it appears as confirmed on the booking page and in your confirmation message. Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the policy published by the business you booked with.

Where a business has connected a payment provider, customers pay through that provider. ReserveDio records the payment status and amount reported by the provider; it does not store card details. Settlement of collected funds to the business is governed by that provider's terms and the business's account with them.

Refunds are initiated by the business and are subject to the payment provider's rules and timelines.

Do not attempt to access another business's data, bypass capacity or payment controls, probe or overload the platform, or use ReserveDio for unlawful or fraudulent activity. Accounts that do may be suspended.

We work to keep ReserveDio available and correct, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance affecting availability is communicated to account holders in advance where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, ReserveDio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, service quality or policies of a business operating on the platform.

A business may stop using ReserveDio at any time. We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms. On closure, you can request an export of your business data before it is removed.

These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified to account holders by email and the date above is revised.
